I have a genuine passion for the development of both individuals and teams. I am an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner level and am qualified in a wide range of psychometric instruments and 360 survey reports (British Psychological Society registered). I hold a Certificate in Further and Adult Education.
I use a coaching style to effectively help people reflect and apply their learning. This process enhances self-awareness and provides a powerful platform for personal growth.
I have had the pleasure of seeing people from a range of backgrounds genuinely learn more about themselves and realise their true potential.
A combination of professional expertise in the area of personal development, coupled with over 40 years' experience of working in policing, enables me to positively impact on the development of both officers and staff.
Helping people to raise their self-awareness and to be the very best they can be is what really motivates me and is the reason why I chose to launch Leadership and Self in 2019.
